*FEAR*
A strong uncontrollable unpleasant emotion.
*Fear! Fear!! Fear!!!*
Why do we humans create a room for fear in our lives and let it live a rent free space? Why are we so bothered about the words said to us instead of going for what we truly believe/want?
Why must our fear for failure outshine our desire for success?

Just because we are told the risk of a particular thing does not mean we should avoid it or fill ourselves with the fear of trying and not succeeding.
Now, let me share a short story of a girl named Ayo.
Ayo applied for a particular job. After applying for the job, during the orientation her and her colleagues who also applied for the particular job were lectured on how the job works and the basic facts they needed to know. After Ayo listened to the facts of the job, she became scared of losing the job because she felt she might not be able to overcome all the obstacles ahead of her in her new job. Due to this, Ayo's fear for failure was greater than her urge to succeed. Ayo let the risk about the job she kept hearing from different people gets into her. After few months, they were evaluated to know those who will remain in the job and those who will be evicted. Ayo prepared so well for the evaluation but when the result came out she found out she had failed.
What was the reason behind Ayo's failure ?
People who were not half as prepared as Ayo was still manage to scale through but Ayo who had put in her best to pass still failed.
Funny....isn't it?
Although, *GRACE* works with some people but leaving grace aside we also have to let go of some set of things. In order to reach greater height. *FEAR* is one of the most important thing one has to let go of to become successful. " *In order to succeed, your desire for success must be greater than your fear of failure.* "Ayo failed because of her fear of failure was greater than her desire for success, not because she did not put in effort but because sge allowed doubts and this inferior feeling into her. She felt inferior because she saw the performance of other colleagues before the main evaluation.
Like a friend will say, " *You can conquer almost any fear, if you make up your mind to do so."* For remember fear doesn't exist anywhere except in the mind. (It's just a state of mind). Let go of anything that brings fear into you and replace it with "I CAN DO IT".
Fill in your mind with positive thought. Stop being too concerned/bothered about what people say to you. Don't take things too personal and lose focus. Get your head straight fill in your minds with nothing but positive thoughts. If you are caught up with one negative thought replace it with three positive thoughts.
Let go of anything that brings fear into you and go for what you really want. Always stay positive.
