3 Things Everyone Should Always Say NO To In A Relationship

No matter the level of love you have for a man or what people say there are some things no one should ever tolerate in a relationship because some things can never change and you should not confuse your partner being in love with you and being obsessed with you.
Most people often confuse everything and then they either end up suffering theirselves or their partners. Below are things you need to draw lines to or things you need to say a big NO to in any relationship.
Cheat!ng: “Cheat!ng can never be a mistake, though, a one time thing can be a mistake some times, Cheat!ng is like the mother of all the problems that can ensue in a relationship, someone who cheats ones has the potential of doing it all over again and the second time, they will be better at hiding their tracks so take Cheat!ng seriously because the simple act of Cheat!ng speaks volume about your relationship and a person who cheats does not respect the honesty of your relationship or obviously wants more out of it so desperately that they would go ahead and find other ways to get it and secondly, once your trust breaks, it does not recover completely, it will leave you in torturing position making you doubt your partner unconsciously”.
Abuse: “No one deserves to be tortured or pushed around in any way, there are different kinds of abusive relationships and none is worth putting up with, many people think that their abusive partner will get better with time, the truth is nothing gets better it only becomes worse so whether they are verbally or physically abusing you, whether they are telling you to leave your friends and family for them and constantly belittling you, you should draw the line because before you know it they will start hitting you don’t put your health or safety in jeopardy for the sake of love”.
Partner who blames you for anything that goes wrong in their life: “At times people always have a hard time accepting their shortcomings, they constantly need someone to take their blame for them, you don’t have to feel otherwise because what happens in their life is as a consequences of their choices, though, they feel that everything they do is perfect only you could make mistakes and every time something bad happened in his life, you are to be blame for it”.

Ladies: 5 Things That Happen To Your Private After Childbirth

There is a lot that happens during labour and delivery, especially if one have to undergo vaginal delivery as it is this female genital that helps a woman expel babies out of the womb and goes through the stresses and strains of childbirth.
So it is only logical that a woman’s vag!na changes after delivery, although those changes are nothing drastic, but the vag!na does behave and feel differently after post pregnancy.
Below are the changes that happens to a woman’s vag!na after childbirth.
It feels different: “The best thing about the vag!na is that it is elastic in nature, a reason it can expand to the maximum while the baby is coming out of the birth canal and help in a vag!nal delivery and after delivery it does return to its normal shape but it loses some of its elasticity and this is the reason why it feels loose and wide, it also remains sore and bruised right after the delivery, which heals with time but it never goes back to its pre-pregnancy shape”.
It carries a scar: “Sometimes during the delivery the perineum refuses to tear on its own, in such cases, the doctor has to make a scar from the vag!na to the anus to make the delivery smooth and after the delivery the mother receives stitches to stitch the area and once the stitches dissolve the scar remains there for a longer time and mind you it takes time for the area to heal”.
It loses its resistance power: “Urine incontinence as it is called, since the muscles of the vag!nal walls become lose the vag!na finds it difficult to hold on the pee for long and one might leak even while sneezing or coughing, incontinence doesn’t get better with time; one might need medical help if it gets severe, to counter incontinence”.
It hurts during s3x: “It does and it does for a long time, this makes one abhor s3xual intimacy and it dips one s3xual quotient with the partner, an episiotomy healing, regaining vaginal vigour all takes time and this is a reason why it takes months or sometimes years for a woman to get back her s3xual interest”.
It gets drier: “Low levels of estrogen make the vagina go dry, this dryness can make sex painful, give rise to uncomfortable symptoms like itching, burning, dampness that can pave way for certain infections”.

7 Hidden Things Women Hate About Men By Blessing John

In love relationships, there are always ups and downs and it is inevitable that there will be fights, both men and women comment on mistakes their partners make all the time, but there are certain actions that men often do during dating that you should not ignore.
Here are some of those “things” that every woman hates that her boyfriend does:
See other women in an obvious way: “Every girl knows that men do this, and it is more common for them to let it happen but to make this so obvious is a lack of respect, a bit of discretion is not bad, don’t you think?”.
Overly male chauvinist: “At this time women tolerate less macho attitudes, but there are men in whom this behavior is very ingrained”.
Disrespectful to others: I”t is uncomfortable and disappointing – to know the negative aspects of the person we love, we can tolerate some that do not violate the dignity of you or others, but if your partner has proven to be superior to others you should not let it pass; you should probably talk to the man in question about his attitude and tell him that you don’t like his abusive behavior with other people”.
Ignores her: “Whether the man is into video games, chatting with his friends or directing his full attention to another pretty girl, stop, no person likes to be ignored and less if it is your partner”.
When he acts as if he knows everything: “It is detestable that a person is arrogant, nor is it comfortable to be next to someone who wants to show off and get everyone’s attention”.
Jealousy: “It is not pleasant to be in a relationship where independence is not respected, individual time is also healthy for love relationships; a woman is much happier knowing that her boyfriend is sure of the relationship and does not worry about losing her”.
Not listening to her: “It’s simple, no one likes not to being listened, you should listen and respect the ideas of others”.

THE WOMAN IN MY DREAM (EMOTIONAL POEM) Written By Oke Oladayo And Deborah Okoye

THE WOMAN IN MY DREAM
Danoxford:
You're a replica of the woman I see in my dream,
That shines to my world like a gleam,
But how do I walk up to you with a theme?
When you're in the company of your team.

With courage I jumped into your sea,
I don't care anymore about what they see,
All that matters is to make you smile,
And not just be the one that comes once in a while.

Though we're not entangled in abyss of affections,
But in my heart your love grows.
I don't know how to tell you I'm falling despite your imperfections,
All in the name of rescuing our friendship before it flows.

Preticrystal:
I remember so clear when you at first I saw
The glitters in your smiles
They are like incense with Sweet flavor
To be yours I will travel miles.

But all this was only on my mind
All my friends say I have a crush
So for feelings I became blind
Only to feel your friendship in a hush.

I waited so long for your love moods
All through the night I name our kids
How long will it take you to make a move
Perhaps these yearning for you is a torment I am bound to feel.

Danoxford
How I wish my heart could speak,
How I wish my thoughts were more audible than a squeak,
How I wish my feelings could be felt at their peak,
How I wish my mind can push out what it saw before it becomes weak.

So sad that my feelings couldn't walk by itself,
But I saw the footsteps of he that walked,
To your throne and dwell as your king,
my heart bleeds as I watch the other king give you the ring.

Preticrystal:
So came my semi dream man
He came with the aura of the moon
He became my silver shade in the dark
And like prince charming he came with the subtle love moves

O! How I wish it was you
How I wish you made me your Cinderella
To be the one entangled in the abyss of affection with you
To forever be the one you call Ella.

The do's and don't to prevent Eating Disorder (must read)

People described how their problems often developed gradually over a few years. Sometimes the development was slow with “on/off” periods and then something would trigger a rapid deterioration. Often people didn’t realise things were getting out of hand and the eating disorder developed “before I knew it”. David said his bulimia nervosa developed over a period of a couple years; “it wasn’t something that I really necessarily noticed; it just started to creep on”.
“When you’ve been doing that for such a long time, it just becomes habit and routine and you lose sight of why you did it in the first place.” Steph
An eating disorder could also develop quickly, over a course of a few months. Young people we talked with often recalled specific times; holidays, school trips, arguments at school, home or with friends that had happened just before things “flipped over”. Once the eating disorder had “kicked in” in full, people described how things quickly “spiralled out of control”. Soon they realised they had become engrossed in an obsessive routine of behaviours that “took on a life of its own” and which could include:
• restricting or limiting the amount of food they ate
• bingeing or eating excessive amounts
• purging to get rid of food they had eaten from their bodies

“Once you start doing a lot of things [restricting and exercise] it became easier and easier to fall into habits.” Chloe
Different eating disorders could have different early signs and forms. Something that started as restricting food intake could turn into bingeing and purging, and the other way around. Patterns of eating usually went hand in hand with exercise. People with anorexia nervosa often said how it had started off as just “a health kick”; eating more healthily, or starting a diet to lose a bit of weight. They saw friends or family members dieting and it seemed to be “what everybody did”. Initially people cut out or ate less of particular foods (for example high calorie foods), then they cut out foods or food groups (for example fats or carbohydrates) completely and started to skip meals. The view of what was enough/a lot of food could become distorted.
“I think I just got to a point where I kind of flipped over and then it was literally an apple is too much.” Sara
Some said they went for days without eating, or never ate at school, saving up their lunch money.

People could develop “fear foods”; foods they became scared of and wouldn’t eat at all for fear of immediate weight gain. Weight gain was also associated with being unhappy, lazy or ‘a failure’. Food and eating were attached with deep-rooted emotions and meanings, and restricting food could become a form of punishment. (For more see ‘What is anorexia nervosa?’).
Bulimia nervosa often started off as a one-off incident of making oneself sick, as an emotional response to an argument, a feeling of having failed at something (for example in school), or after a binge. A couple of people with bulimia nervosa said that since they were little they had always been sick easily, and involuntarily. Elene had very early memories of being as young as eight and making herself sick and Sam initially believed that being sick would make him feel better in the same way as when he had a stomach bug.

Obsessions around food, weight and exercise were also common. People developed different habits such as calorie counting, obsessive weighing many times a day, obsessive exercise and recording and charting everything. Some didn’t need to write any of it down as it was all in their head. Trying to cook meals with as few calories as possible could result to trips to supermarket lasting for hours, carefully checking and comparing food labels.

Exercise patterns would change; people started exercising more or exercising alone and/or in secret, or, alternatively, some stopped exercising completely. Exercise changed from something that was fun and enjoyable to just a method for losing weight. Roberto had been sporty all his life but after he moved to the United States to study, his motivations for exercising changed. Sport was no longer about enjoyment and wellbeing, it became a response to food; a form of self-management'
“It was a very new thing ‘cos before any of my friends ran or went to the gym like, we do sports but we did it to have fun, not to burn calories. So that was the main difference.” Roberto
People often didn’t want others to find out about their changing habits around eating and exercise and described how they became secretive. (For more see ‘Secrecy and eating disorders’).
As the eating disorder escalated, other behaviour and emotions became more intense. For example, people could feel more isolated or unhappy, or develop obsessions in other areas of life such as school work. They could experience depression and low moods, overwhelming feelings of guilt, anger and upset and want to harm or punish themselves.

Hygiene during mensturarion By Raymujeedah

*Hygiene during mensturarion*
   By Raymujeedah

Menstruation, or period, is normal vaginal bleeding that occurs as part of a woman's monthly cycle. Every month, your body prepares for pregnancy. If no pregnancy occurs, the uterus, or womb, sheds its lining. The menstrual blood is partly blood and partly tissue from inside the uterus. It passes out of the body through the vagina.

Vaginas have their own cleaning mechanism which comes into play during menstrual cycles, and these artificial hygiene products can hamper the natural process leading to infections and growth of bacteria:

Below are the tips to keep clean and hygienic during mensturation:

1..Method of sanitation:
Find out about the different styles, sizes, designs and thickness of sanitary pads/towels that are available. It's important to choose  a combination of pads suitable for day, night, heavy flow and light.
Consider the absorbency, comfort and best support system for preventing blood leakage and pad slippage.
Purchase one with a cotton net surface with super absorption middle layer to prevent wet skin surface and skin rashes. Also but the not very thick and bulky to stay more comfortable..

2,
Changing of pads.

Changing a pad usually depends on the rate of the menstrual flow. One needs to change the pad more frequently when the flow is heavy. Menstrual blood once it has left the body  gets contaminated with the body’s innate organisms and expose the vagina to infection.

Change the pads every 3-4 hours mainly the first 2 days of the period as this can save you from the embarrassment of menstrual blood odor. When blood stays for a long time in contact of air, it produces an unpleasant odor also choose odor control napkins with fragrance to prevent period smell.

3
Wash yourself regularly:

When you menstruate, the blood tends to enter tiny spaces like the skin between your labia or crust around the opening of the vagina and you should always wash this excess blood away. This practice also tends to beat bad odour from the vaginal region. So, it is important to wash your vagina and labia (the projecting part of female genitals) well before you change into a new pad. If you cannot wash yourself with water you can make use of toilet paper/wipes.Wash from the front to the back(I.e from the vagina to the anus) to avoid spreading infection from the anus into the vagina.

4
Don’t use soaps or vaginal hygiene products.
Usage of soap to clean the vagina can cause  imbalance of good and bad bacteria ratio. Washing it with soap can kill the good bacteria making way for infection, all you need to use is some warm/clean water.

5
Discard used pad and wash you hands probably after doing this, because you hand must have touch a portion of the blood on the pad.

6

Take your bath at least 2 times a day to start fresh and healthy. It's also essential to eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and drink much water during your menstural period at least 8-10 glasses...

7
It's important to know that sex during mensturation is unhygienic..

8.
Be prepared

Always go out with one or two. Sanitary pads even on days you have your light flow and on days when you have heavy flow, you will need extra pad to change...
